Production Time

Each of our products is thoughtfully handmade, ensuring attention to detail and the highest quality. As a result, please allow up to 3-5 business days for production. We understand that timing is important, so if you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us directly. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs and ensure your items arrive on time.

Shipping

All standard packages are shipped from Cyprus (Europe) via CyprusPost - registered and tracked. The approximate delivery time depends on the destination but averages 7 working days.

All packages with the "express shipping" option, are shipped by UPS. The approximate delivery time depends on the destination but averages 1-3 working days. We recommend this option if you live in a remote area, or need you order for a certain date; birthday or special event. This is currently the only option available for Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.

In-Store Collection

We offer in store collection. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, your order might take 3-5 days before it's ready for collection. Upon placing your order, you are welcome to get in touch for us to give you an estimation of production time. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect. 

Customs

Where possible, we always mark the item as a gift for a low value so that you don't incur additional customs fees. While we are not responsible for any import fees incurred at your destination by your local government, we do try our best to minimise this for you as much as possible.
